During my gap years after graduating with three science degrees and preparing for medical school, I decided to take a different path. I returned to what first inspired me—my background in botanical medicine. I immersed myself in research, studying herbs and oils used across cultures for centuries, especially reconnecting with my Jamaican roots and the powerful natural remedies passed down through generations.
