Processing time
Every Goddess Elixir product is handmade in small batches. Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. All together, most orders arrive within 3–6 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns & refunds
All sales are final
Because our products are handmade personal care items, we do not offer refunds and cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
We want every order to arrive perfectly. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing an item:
- Email us at goddesselixiraura@gmail.com as soon as your order arrives.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and the packaging.
- Once we review your photos, we'll make it right with either a replacement of the affected product(s) or store credit of equal value.
Photos are required for every claim, so please keep your packaging until your claim is resolved.
