Shipping policy

Processing time

Every Goddess Elixir product is handmade in small batches. Processing time for orders is 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. All together, most orders arrive within 3–6 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged items or problems with your order

If anything arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing, please email us at goddesselixiraura@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we review it, we'll send you a replacement or store credit of equal value. See our Return and refund policy for details.
